A positive relationship exists between linking the superintendent鈥檚 performance evaluation to student outcomes and the size of the school district, according to an 91制片 survey of 2,706 superintendents.

Superintendents running the largest school systems were much more likely to have school boards using student performance indicators in their professional evaluation.
