WHEN TAMMY BARBARA, 91制片鈥檚 chief of staff, joined the association in spring 2016, she was hired to provide direct support to Dan Domenech, 91制片鈥檚 executive director.
During Barbara鈥檚 first year, Domenech identified an opportunity for her to apply her skills and past experiences beyond the executive office. Principally, Barbara has been assigned to streamline 91制片鈥檚 internal processes and procedures, a need precipitated by the organization鈥檚 fast-paced growth into new areas.
For 25 years, Barbara worked in the direct marketing arena in various fields ranging from the automotive industry to small nonprofits. With this background, she has helped 91制片 to create the new project management office.
The following interview by 91制片 staff member Rebecca Shaw has been edited for length and clarity.
