2023 Winter Journal of Scholarship and Practice
This issue's theme revolves around 鈥渢he struggle over who controls the future of America鈥檚 public schools as coming down to a matter of trust.鈥� His editorial is titled 鈥淥pportunities for Trust Building in Times of Discord.鈥� In developing this volume Mitchell has drawn from three articles鈥攖wo research-based and a book review.
The first research article is titled 鈥淪uperintendent Trustworthiness: Elementary School Principals鈥� Experiences and Perceptions鈥� by Justin Benna.
The second research article by Julia DiSalvo Drake is titled 鈥淔emale Superintendents鈥� Perceptions of Unconscious Gender Bias In the Superintendency: An Exploratory quantitative Study.鈥�
And the book review is by Art Stellar of Native American Bilingual Education: An Ethnography of Power Forces, written by Cheryl Crawley.
