Alexandria, Va. 鈥� April 9, 2026 鈥� Nine superintendents from areas across the country have been elected to the executive committee of 91制片, the nation鈥檚 premier organization serving 10,000+ public school system leaders throughout the U.S. 

91制片鈥檚 executive committee represents the nation from seven designated governance regions. The executive committee is elected and appointed in accordance with 91制片鈥檚 bylaws and meets quarterly to conduct the ongoing business of the organization. 

Incoming president LaTonya Goffney (Houston, TX) will welcome these new executive committee members to their new role during an installation ceremony at 91制片鈥檚 summer governance and advocacy meeting in July: 

• Laurie Barron, Evergreen School District 50, Kalispell, Mont. (Region 1) 

• Daniel Bridges, Naperville Community Unit School District 203, Naperville, Ill. (Region 4) 

• Tim Dilg, Valley Park School District, Valley Park, Mo. (Region 4) 

• Walter Jackson, La Porte Independent School District, La Porte, Texas (Region 2) 

• Kevin McGowan, Brighton Central School District, Rochester, N.Y. (Region 7) 

• Bridget O鈥機onnell, Palisades School District, Kintnersville, Pa. (Region 6) 

• Kristy Somerville-Midgette, Lynchburg City School District, Lynchburg, Va. (Region 5) 

• David Sovine, Washington County School District, Hagerstown, Md. (Region 6) 

• Katy Xenakis-Makowski, Johannesburg Lewiston Area School District, Johannesburg, Mich. (Region 3) 

• To be announced - incoming president-elect Jennifer Kelsall (IL) will appoint one member
