Ohio鈥檚 Middletown City Schools to serve as host district
 
Alexandria, Va. 鈥 March 5, 2021 鈥 Leaders of dynamic digital learning environments in America鈥檚 public school systems are gathering March 7-8, as part of the (virtual) Transformational Leadership Consortium (formerly the Digital Consortium) meeting, hosted by 91制片, The School Superintendent Association and Ohio鈥檚

The purpose of the consortium is to support school district administrators as they scale successful models in support of engaging, effective learning experiences using digital media, and educational and community partnerships to be the leading national voices for innovation in our nation鈥檚 public schools.

鈥淚n today鈥檚 COVID environment, it is critical that school districts develop dynamic digital learning cultures and find innovative strategies to effectively serve the young learners in their communities,鈥 said Daniel A. Domenech, 91制片 executive director. 鈥淲e are proud of the superintendents and other administrators who make up the 91制片 Transformational Leadership Consortium because we鈥檝e seen, through this platform, the creation of technological solutions and digital transitions that are benefitting students and staff. We are grateful to Superintendent Marlon Styles and his team for facilitating our March meeting.鈥

鈥淎s a member of this consortium, I have had ample opportunities to visit school districts across the country whose students are engaged, proud of their schools and proud of the work they鈥檙e doing,鈥 said Marlon Styles, superintendent, Middletown (Ohio) City Schools. 鈥淲e are honored to serve as host district for this meeting and have champions of innovative leading, teaching and learning from across the country visit us to observe and learn about what we鈥檙e doing to meet the needs of our students.鈥
