Verwendung Beschreibungen

Die Peel Plate EB Microbial Test platte enthält vorbereitete Medien in einer flachen Schale mit einem Klebedeckel. Zur Verwendung wird einfach der Deckel abgezogen, die Testprobe in die Mitte der Platte pipettiert (es wird keine Spreizvorrichtung benötigt), der Deckel geschlossen und die Platten bei 37° C für 24 bis 48 Stunden bebrütet. Für eine platzsparende Inkubation können bis zu 20 Platten gestapelt werden.

Hochvolumige (HV) Platten sind erhältlich, um eine hohe Empfindlichkeit in Umweltproben und für Empfindlichkeitsziele von 1 koloniebildenden Einheit pro Gramm (KBE/g) von Lebensmitteln zu erreichen, die eine Verdünnung für den Test erfordern.

Cultured Dairy (CD)-Platten sind erhältlich, um Interferenzen im Zusammenhang mit Käseenzymen und Lactobacillus-Kulturen, z. B. in Joghurt, saurer Sahne und Hüttenkäse, zu vermeiden.
